Tato práce si klade za cíl systematicky analyzovat a popsat právní prostředky obrany dodavatelů proti nezákonnému postupu zadavatelů při zadávání veřejných zakázek. Práce se zabývá též rozhodovací praxí Soudního dvora Evropské unie, Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a správních soudů.
