Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním a motivací zaměstnanců, přičemž jejím cílem je jednak navrhnutí nových možných doporučení směřujících do oblasti odměňování a zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jednak navrhnutí potencionálních opatření sloužící k podpoře motivace a tím i ke zvyšování produktivity zaměstnanců.
