V současné době se v podnikatelském sektoru čím dál více podnikatelů dostává do platební neschopnosti. K tomuto dochází z mnoha důvodů a věřitelé musí v takové situaci řešit jak své závazky vůči nim podnikatelé v platební neschopnosti zaplatí. Abstract:
At present in a self-employed sector more self-employed are getting into financial insolvency. There are many reasons for these circumstances and creditors in these situations have to solve how the self-employed in financial insolvency are going to pay their liabilities.
