Diplomová práce je zaměřena na identifikaci zákonných povinností, které jsou spojeny s přeshraničním elektronickým obchodem. Identifikace je zaměřena na přímé i nepřímé daně. V práci jsou analyzovány přeshraniční obchody z právního hlediska a zákonné povinnosti spolu s jejich výpočtem. The thesis focuses on the identification of legal tax obligations associated with cross-border e-commerce. The identification focuses on direct and indirect taxes. The thesis analyses cross-border transactions from a legal perspective and the statutory obligations along with their calculation.
