Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu práv pacientů v ČR. Cílem bylo zhodnocení právního postavení práv pacientů a komparace se zahraničními právními úpravami. Úvodní kapitola obsahuje historický exkurz do historie zdravotnického práva za posledních 30 let a jeho nejvýznamnějších událostí, které přispěly k vývoji práv pacientů. The thesis deals with the topic of patients' rights in Czech Republic. The aim was to assess the legal status of the rights of patients and comparison with foreign laws.
