Tato bakalářská práce podrobně rozebírá nájem movitých a nemovitých věcí z pohledu daně z přidané hodnoty. Část práce je zaměřena na problematiku nájmu nebytových prostor v souvislosti s výherními hracími automaty. This bachelor thesis details the leasing of movable and immovable property in terms of value added tax. The part is focused on the issues of commercial space rent in connection with the winning game machines.
