Abstract:
Abstrakt Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit problematiku deficitu státního rozpočtu. V teoreticko – metodologické části se zabývám obecně státním rozpočtem, jeho základními funkcemi, rozpočtovým procesem, jako nedílnou součástí státního rozpočtu. Abstract The goal of this bachelor´s work was to evaluate question about budget shorfall. In theoretical – methodic part I generally discuss the state budget, it is basic functions and budget process as an integral part of state budget. Next I discuss problems of deficit it self.
