Hodnocení rovnosti žen a mužů v centrálním regionu Ghany

Abstract:

Studie se snažila prozkoumat reakce vlády na genderovou nerovnost v Ghanské čtvrti republiky v letech 2016-2022 s využitím Ministerstva pro záležitosti žen a dětí/ministerstva Gender, děti a sociální ochrana jako případ pro studii. Dále zkoumal jak vláda reagovala na genderové otázky ve Čtvrté republice konkrétním odkazem v letech 2016–2022 a následně posoudila opatření genderové politiky, která vlády zavedly místo pro řešení problémů genderové nerovnosti v letech 2016–2022. Studie pokračovala zkoumáním do jaké míry vlády zavedly genderovou politiku s vytvořením. Ministerstvo pro záležitosti žen a dětí v letech 2016-2022 a dále zhodnotilo práci Ministerstvo pro rovnost žen a mužů, děti a sociální ochranu v letech 2016–2022 v řešení genderu nerovnost. Metodika smíšené metody s využitím polostrukturovaného dotazníku Pro sběr dat účastníků byl použit průvodce rozhovorem. Padesát (50) účastníků z řad partnerů z oblasti vědy, skupin občanské společnosti a ministerstva pro rovnost pohlaví, děti a sociální ochranu bylo rovněž vyšetřeno pomocí dotazníku k získání primárních údajů. Na konci studie bylo zjištěno, že Vláda Čtvrté republiky reagovala v letech 2016-2022 pozitivně, pokud jde o pohlaví problémy v zemi. Studie dále prokázala, že každý a každý vláda vytvořila některá opatření genderové politiky k řešení problémů genderové nerovnosti z let 2016-2022. Navíc se zjistilo, že si vláda vedla pozoruhodně dobře provádění některých politik a opatření po vytvoření ministerstva žen a záležitosti dětí v letech 2016-2022. O hodnocení práce ministerstva. Gender, děti a sociální ochrana v letech 2016–2022 při řešení genderové nerovnosti Studie zjistila, že ministerstvo udělalo hodně v řešení genderových otázek zemi během sledovaných let. O omezujících faktorech, které brání rovnosti pohlaví problémů v zemi, studie zjistila řadu omezujících faktorů, které brání hledání podporovat a zajišťovat rovnost žen a mužů v zemi, ale dvě výjimečné jsou kulturní postupy a nepřiměřené rozpočtové příděly, které vedou k finančním problémům. Studie nakonec předložila nějaký návrh vládě, ministerstvu a všem zúčastněným stranám v oblasti rovnosti žen a mužůn problémy na nejlepší způsob, který pomůže při řešení a dosažení cíle genderová rovnost, která už tolik let uniká národu.

Abstract:

The research sought to investigate government responses to gender inequality in Ghana’s Fourth Republic from 2016-2022 with the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs/Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection being a situation for the research. Additionally, it examined how government has reacted to gender issues in the Fourth Republic with specific reference from 2016-2022 and later assessed gender policy measures Governments have put in place to deliver gender inequality issues from 2016-2022. The study went on to explore the extent to which Governments take implemented gender programs with the setup of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs from 2016-2022 and further estimated the work of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection from 2016-2022 in delivering gender inequality. Mixed method methodology using semi-structured questionnaires and an interview guide was used to collect participant data. Fifty (50) participants from partners from science, civil society groups and the Ministry of Gender; Children and social protection were also investigated by using questionnaire to obtain primary data. At the end of investigations, the study showed that the Fourth Republic governments are responding aggressively from 2016-2022 as far as gender issues in the country are concerned. The research further established that all governments have some gender policies in place to address gender inequality problem from 2016 to 2022. Furthermore, it was found out that government has done remarkably well in implementing some of the policies and measures after the creation of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs from 2016-2022. On the evaluation of the work of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection from 2016-2022 in addressing gender inequality issues, the study found out that the Ministry has done a lot in addressing gender issues in the country during the years under review. The study found several constraining factors that hinder the quest to promote and ensure gender equality in the country, but the two outstanding ones are cultural practices and inadequate budgetary allocations resulting in financial challenges. The study finally made some suggestions to the government, the Ministry, and all stakeholders in gender issues on the best way that will help in addressing and achieving the goal of gender equality that has eluded the nation for so many years now.
