Contracts of Carriage
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přepravou, jejím historickým vývojem a vývojem její právní úpravy s důrazem na současný stav úpravy smlouvy o přepravě věci v České republice. Dále se stručně věnuje mezinárodní přepravě. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza smlouvy o přepravě věci opírající se o komparaci účinné a předcházející právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis is concerned with carriage, its evolution throughout history and the evolution of its legislation with an emphasis to the present state of the contract for carriage of goods in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it deals with international carriage. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the contract for carriage of goods based on the comparison of the present and preceding legal regulations
