Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá systémem kontroly veřejné správy. První část této práce se zabývá obecným vymezením veřejné správy a právními zárukami ve veřejné správě. Následuje rozdělení kontroly veřejné správy a jednotlivé typy kontroly. Práce zpracovává jednotlivé možnosti kontroly veřejné správy v České Republice a přidává i zajímavé postřehy na úrovni Evropské unie.

This thesis is aimed at the control system of public administration. The first part of the thesis deals with the general definition of public administration and legal safeguards in the public administration.
