Valuation of SVUS Pharma a.s. focusing on the impacts of leasing financing on the valuation process

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je určit tržní hodnotu podniku SVUS Pharma a.s. k 1.1.2016 za pomoci standardních oceňovacích metod. Tato práce se také zabývá analýzou dopadů využívání leasingového financování na jednotlivé části procesu ocenění. V úvodní části práce jsou prezentovány základní informace o oceňovaném podniku, které jsou východiskem pro další části procesu ocenění. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány strategické a finanční analýze, na které navazuje analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty včetně sestavení kompletního finančního plánu. V závěrečné části práce je provedeno ocenění podniku výnosovou metodou DCF APV a metodou tržního porovnání v podobě srovnatelných podniků. Na základě výsledků těchto metod je stanoven výsledný interval, ve kterém se nachází tržní hodnota podniku. Dalším výstupem této práce je shrnutí hlavních doporučení pro oceňovací praxi týkajících se zohledňování leasingového financování v jednotlivých částech oceňovacího procesu.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this diploma thesis is to determine the market value of SVUS Pharma a. s. as of 1st January 2016 with the use of common valuation methods. This thesis also deals with analysis of leasing financing impacts on the individual parts of valuation process. Basic information about valuated company are presented in the introductory part of this thesis which represents a general basis for the next parts of the valuation process. The following chapters are represented by strategic and financial analysis, which are followed by an analysis and estimation of value drivers together with compilation of complete financial plan. Afterwards, the valuation of the company is carried out using income based DCF APV method and market approach represented by similar public company method. Considering the results of these methods, the interval where the market value of the company lies is set down. Another output of this thesis is the conclusion of the main recommendations for the valuation practice relating to the handling with leasing financing in the individual parts of valuation process.
