Cílem práce bylo podat ucelený přehled o vzniku a vývoji stavebního spoření a o zákonech upravujících fungování stavebních spořitelen. Dále se zabývám celým procesem stavebního spoření, od uzavření smlouvy o stavebním spoření přes spoření až po čerpání úvěru. The aim of this work was to give a comprehensive summary of the origin and development of building savings and of laws adjusting the functioning of building societies. Thereinafter, I deal with the whole process of building savings, from making a contract of building savings, through savings, to drawing down the loan.
