Abstract:
ROCK jsou serin/threoninové kinázy, které v buňce mají řadu funkcí a jednou z nich je organizace cytoskeletu. Tato signální dráha v konečném důsledku ovlivňuje cytokinetiku (proliferaci, diferenciaci a buněčnou smrt) u normálních i nádorových buněk včetně buněk kmenových. Abstract:
ROCK belong among serin/threonin kinases which have different function in cells and one of the functions is cytoskeleton organization. ROCK signalling pathway affects cytokinetics (proliferation, differentiation and cell death) in normal and cancer cells including stem cells.
