The influence of the method of acquisition of assets on the company's financial results

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje pořízení majetku výsledek hospodaření společnosti a jeho dopad na daňové aspekty společnosti. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu dlouhodobého nehmotného a hmotného majetku společnosti, jeho pořizování a oceňování. Dále se práce zabývá odpisováním majetku a vyřazováním majetku. V praktické části je popsáno pořízení dlouhodobého majetku fiktivní společnosti a jeho analýza. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny poznatky ve fiktivní společnosti a je doporučen způsob pořízení dlouhodobého majetku a s tím spojený dopad na daňovou zátěž společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with how the acquisition of assets affects the company's profit and loss and its impact on the tax aspects of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of the concept of intangible fixed assets and tangible fixed assets of the company, their acquisition and valuation. Furthermore, the thesis deals with depreciation of assets and disposal of assets. The practical part describes the acquisition of fixed assets of a fictional company and their analysis. The thesis concludes by presenting the findings in a fictional company and recommending the method of acquisition of fixed assets and the associated impact on the company's tax burden.
