The application of budget rules at the tax inspection
Abstract:
Rozpočtová pravidla jako základní právní předpis při poskytování a čerpání prostředků ze státního rozpočtu jak pro poskytovatele, tak pro příjemce dotací a návratných finančních výpomocí. Použití rozpočtových pravidel správcem daně při daňové kontrole skutečností rozhodných pro stanovení odvodu za porušení rozpočtové kázně. Příčiny a důsledky porušování rozpočtové káně. Případy řešené v praxi.
Abstract:
Budget rules are regarded as the fundamental legislative act in respect of granting and drawing budgetary resources, both for providers and recipients of state subsidies and repayable financial grants-in-aids.
