Cílem této práce je prokázat existenci a dlouhodobost vlivu Evropského soudu pro lidská práva na rozhodovací činnost českých soudů v oblasti ochrany osobnosti. Goal of this work is to prove existence and long term influence of European court of human rights on court practice in Czech Republic in the protection of personality.
