Social problems of young girls after their leaving the institutional care centre home

Abstract:

Fenomén, kterým se chci zabývat, jsou sociální problémy dívek po odchodu z výchovného ústavu. Z jedné strany v médiích slyšíme zprávy o mladých lidech z výchovných ústavů potažmo z ústavní výchovy, jak odchází v okamžiku dovršení osmnácti let, jsou propouštěni neznámo kam, se směšnou částkou v ruce, ať se starají sami o sebe, bez pomoci ostatních, bez zázemí. Z druhé strany odchází z prostředí výchovného ústavu, kde je patrné, že každé dítě se posuzuje individuálně, hledí se na blaho dítěte a odborníci (pedagogové, psycholog, etoped) se snaží pracovat s rodinou dle legislativy České Republiky a ukázat cestu tím správným směrem, aby dítě vědělo, co chce dělat a kam jít v době zletilosti. Kde je tedy pravda? Jak to vidí sami zletilí? Ve své práci se chci zabývat, jaké problémy nejvíce tíží tyto jedince po odchodu z výchovného ústavu a kde mohou hledat pomoc.

Abstract:

Phenomenons which I am dealing with are the social problems of young girls after their leaving the institutional care centre home. On one hand, we hear the information from media about young people from centres of institutional care who leave them after raching the age of eighteen, are dismissed into unknown with a ridiculous amount of money in their hands and let take care of themselves without help of the others and any family background. On the other hand, they leave the institutional care background where they are judged as individuals, where his or her good is considered and the specialists (educators, psychologists, educationalists) cooperate with the family according to the legislation of the Czech Republic and help them to show the youth people the right way – what to do and where to go after reaching their legal age. Where is the truth? How do the youths see it? In my thesis I want to find out what kind of problems are the most important for these individuals after their leaving th institutional care centre and where they can seek help.
