Penitentiary and postpenitentiary care in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci na téma penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče v České republice nejprve rozeberu na teoretické rovině toto téma a později provedu sondu do problému, kde na základě výzkumného šetření budu zjišťovat postoje a názory studentů fakulty sociálně ekonomické University Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem na osoby, jimž byl udělen trest odnětí svobody, názory na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb ve vězeňství a následnou činnost postpenitenciární péče.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis on the topic penitentiary and post-penitentiary care in the Czech Republic I will first look at the theoretical level this theme and later completes probe into the problem, which based on the research I will find out the attitudes and opinions of the students of the faculty socioeconomic University of Jan Evangelista in Ústí nad Labem persons who was sentenced to imprisonment, opinions on the quality of services in prison and follow-up postpenitentiary care.
