Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení problematiky konceptu smart mobility, návrhem řešení a implementací možných projektů, které účinně, efektivně a hospodárně povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu sektoru dopravy na vybraném území, které představuje město Kroměříž. Cílem diplomové práce je čtenáři představit projekt vedoucí k implementaci prvků Smart mobility na území města Kroměříže, který bude vybrán na základě provedených analýz představující SWOT analýzu, polostrukturované rozhovory a rozhodovací matici. Samotný projekt bude představen, odůvodněn a uveden včetně jeho finanční náročnosti, harmonogramu, projektového týmu a analýzy a řízení rizik. Projekt představuje implementaci systému chytrých zastávek, který dále rozvíjí systém městské hromadné dopravy v Kroměříži a také samotný koncept Smart mobility.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on solving the issue of the concept of smart mobility, by designing solutions and implementing possible projects that effectively, efficiently and will economically lead to the improvement of the current state of the transport sector in the selected area the territory represented by the city of Kroměříž. The aim of the thesis is to present the reader with a project leading to the implementation of the elements Smart mobility in the territory of the city of Kroměříž, which will be selected based on of performed analyzes representing SWOT analysis, semi-structured interviews and decision matrix. The project itself will be presented, justified and included its financial demands, schedule, project team and risk analysis and management. The project represents the implementation of a system of smart stops, which is further developed the public transport system in Kroměříž and also the Smart concept itself mobility.
