Vliv novely Zákoníku práce na pracovněprávní vztahy a daně

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem novely Zákoníku práce na pracovněprávní vztahy, jejich liberalizaci, řeší vliv novely Zákoníku práce na jednotlivé druhy pracovněprávních vztahů z hlediska daně z příjmu fyzických osob, jejich zdanění, uplatnění a doložení nezdanitelných částí a dopady změn daňových zákonů.
Abstract:
The main goal of this dissertation is concerned with the influence of amendment of Labour Code to employment and liberalization of labour-law relations. Several sorts of labour-law relations are discussed in term of personal income tax, taxing and impact of variation in Labour Code.
