Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je stručný pohled na historický vývoj lidských práv v kontextu s problémem jejich univerzalizace a dále také zhodnocení současných problémů mezi odlišným pojetím sociálního, kulturního a náboženského chápání.
Abstract:
The main topic of my bachelor thesis is a general overwiev of the historical evolution of human rights taking into account them main isues of their universality as well as an evaluation of current issues of social, cultural and religious understanding of human rights.
