CFTR gene analysis
Abstract:
Tato práce poskytuje ucelené zpracování a utřídění problematiky cystické fibrózy, přehled poznatků o tomto závažném onemocnění a postupech při molekulárně genetické diagnostice. V práci bude blíže popsán test Elucigene CF-EU2v1 jako multiplexní analýza určená k identifikaci 50ti nejrozšířenějších CF mutací a IVS8-Tn polymorfismů.
Abstract:
Thesis contains summarization and classification of the cystic fibrosis issue, overview of specific features of this severe disease and diagnostic principles based on molecular biology and genetics methods. The practical part is focused on Elucigene CF-EU2v1 test that is the multiplex analysis serving to identify 50 most common CF mutations and IVS8-Tn polymorphisms.
