Diplomová práce se snaží postihnout moment motivace u učitelů hudby a hudební výchovy a následnou spokojenost či nespokojenost s výběrem tohoto povolání. Důvodem úvah o motivaci je na rozdíl od ostatních oborů systematická, dlouhodobá, soustavná a časově náročná příprava, která je ale pro výkon této profese nezbytná. The aim of the thesis is to appreciate the point of motivation to teaching music and music education and satisfaction or dissatisfaction with this profession selection.
