Employee benefits and their influence on the payroll taxes
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich dopadu na zdanění mezd. Úvodní část řeší obecnou problematiku odměňování pomocí mezd a benefitů. V analytické části je výpočet mezd, daní a odvodů zaměstnanců i zaměstnavatele konkrétního podniku a posouzení efektivnosti poskytování benefitů.Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the issue of employee benefits and their impact on the taxation of wages. The introductory part deals with the general issue of remuneration in wages and benefits. The analytical part of the calculation of wages, taxes and employee and employer particular enterprise and assess the effectiveness of providing benefit.
