Influence of stress situations on medical rescue service staff during their exits.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zátěžových situací a analýzou, míry ovlivnění různými zátěžovými situacemi na fyziologii, psychiku a sociálních dopadů na výjezdové posádky zdravotnické záchranné služby v rámci poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče. V teoretické části práce jsou zpracována témata vztahující se k dané problematice a související s charakteristikou činností a úkolů ZZS, vydefinování a popisu pozitivních/negativních vlivů působící na pracovníky ZZS, problematiku jejich zvládání a percepce. Praktická část přináší výsledky vlastního šetření, zaměřené na analýzu zjištění míry zátěže. Zároveň jsou zjišťovány případné rozdíly v prožívání zátěže u různých pracovních skupin (lékař, záchranář, řidič a ostatní) a případné rozdíly prožívání míry zátěže v závislosti na věku pracovníků a délky praxe. Součástí práce je diskuze, konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi sociální pedagogiky, konkrétně zdravotnické záchranné služby i u jiných profesí řadících se mezi pomáhající.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of stress situations and analysis, the degree of influence of various stress situations on the physiology, psychic and social impacts on outgoing crews of emergency rescue services in the framework of provision of pre-hospital emergency care. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with topics related to the given issue and related to the characteristics of the activities and tasks of the ZZS, the definition and description of the positive / negative influences affecting the staff of the Supreme Security Council, the issue of their coping and perception. The practical part presents the results of our own investigation, focusing on the analysis of the determination of the level of the burden. At the same time, the differences in the burden of the different working groups (physician, rescuer, driver and others) and possible differences in the burden of the burden, depending on the age of the workers and the length of the practice, are determined. Part of the thesis is discussion, concrete conclusions and recommendations for the practice of social pedagogy, namely medical rescue services and other professions ranging among the contributors.
