Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat, analyzovat a následně navrhnout vhodná opatření pro zlepšení procesu náboru pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se procesu náboru a metod náboru pracovníků. Praktická část práce obsahuje popis vybrané společnosti a popis činností personálního oddělení.
