The Purification of Italian Law after 24. 7. 1943
Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zabýváme defašistizačními proměnami italského právního řádu započatými v průběhu druhé světové války. V jednotlivých kapitolách se věnujeme politické situaci v Itálii na začátku uvedeného procesu, základním obrysům fašistické ideologie, popisujeme nejpodstatnější právní předpisy prosazené fašisty a sledujeme jejich následné osudy.
Abstract:
In this thesis, we focus on “defascistizational” alterations to the Italian legal order, initiated during the Second World War. Separated chapters of the work adress the political situation in Italy at the beginning of the above-mentioned process, basic features of fascist ideology and the most important legal regulations pushed through by the fascists and their subsequent fate.
