Abstract:
Obsahem práce je v první části průzkum problematiky klimatu školní třídy. Pokusil jsem se klima přesněji vymezit a popsat jeho vznik a působení, mechanismy ovlivňující klima třídy, možnosti diagnostikování a ovlivňování klimatu.V další části práce je vymezena funkce třídního učitele a jeho povinnosti. The first part of the research concerns the survey of the school class climate. I have tried to define it, describe its origination, impact, mechanisms that influence it and possibilities of diagnosing and influencing the climate.
