Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem minimalizace šikany jako jednou z možných cest v prevenci proti šikaně na základní škole. Poukazuje na konkrétní přínos pro děti, kterých se šikana týká. This thesis deals with the minimization of bullying as one of the possible ways in the prevention of bullying at primary schools. It points to specific benefits for children, to who bullying may concern. The theoretical part concerns the causes, manifestations, developmental stages of bullying, teachers’ methods, risk factors and prevention.
