Diplomová práce „Specifika učitelů pozitivně ovlivňující vztahy ve třídě“ se snaží zjistit, zda existuje určitý typ učitele, který kladně ovlivňuje sociální klima školní třídy. Předkládá teorii sociálního klimatu třídy (a vztahů v sociální skupině) a metody, kterými jej lze měřit. Zabývá se otázkou osobnosti a její typologií. The thesis “The Positive Influence of Teachers on Relations in the Classroom” attempts to determine whether or not a teacher is able to positively impact the social environment of a classroom. It presents a theory of a social climate of a classroom and the interactions within. Various methods were used to evaluate it.
