Conception of personal work in the company focused on employees training

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis „Conception of personal work in the company focused on employees training“ is the analysis of the current educational system of the selected organization, especially for sales managers and subsequently the proposal of a new educational system concept. The theoretical part starts with a concise definition of human resources and description of the importance of human resources management for the organization. Subsequently, it contains a definition of basic notions such as learning, development, education, learning organization, and an explanation of corporate education and its importance for the organization competitiveness. Major part of the text deals with systematic approach to employee education and current trends in education are presented at the end. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the empirical research in the selected organization. Organization characteristics and organizational structure are specified at the beginning. Then the current state of the education system is analyzed through acquired knowledge, guided interviews, questionnaire, and study of the internal company documentation. Based on the identified strengths and weaknesses, solutions for elimination of deficiencies are proposed including their economic report.

Cieľom diplomovej práce „Koncepcia personálnej práce v podniku zameraná na vzdelávanie pracovníkov“ je analýza súčasného systému vzdelávania pre obchodných manažérov vybranej organizácie a následne návrh novej koncepcie systému vzdelávania. Teoretická časť je v úvode zameraná na stručné vymedzenie ľudských zdrojov a zdôvodnenie dôležitosti riadenia ľudských zdrojov pre organizáciu. Následne obsahuje definíciu základných pojmov ako učenie, rozvoj, vzdelávanie, učiaca sa organizácia a vysvetlenie podnikového vzdelávania a jeho významu pre konkurencieschopnosť organizácie. Podstatná časť textu sa zaoberá systematickým prístupom k vzdelávaniu zamestnancov a v závere sú predstavené súčasné trendy vo vzdelávaní. Praktická časť je venovaná empirickému prieskumu vo vybranej organizácii. Na začiatku je uvedená charakteristika a organizačná štruktúra organizácie. Následne je prostredníctvom získaných teoretických znalostí, riadených rozhovorov, dotazníkového prieskumu a štúdia internej podnikovej dokumentácie analyzovaný súčasný stav systému vzdelávania. Na základe identifikovaných slabých a silných stránok sú v závere práce navrhnuté riešenia na odstránenie zistených nedostatkov vrátane ich ekonomického vyjadrenia.
