Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nesoucí název Případová konference - nástroj využívaný orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Litoměřicích se zabývá tématem případových konferencí jako nástrojem využívaným při sociální práci s rodinou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký přínos mělo a jaké změny přineslo pořádání případové konference v rodinách, kde byl tento nástroj využit a to z pohledu sociálních pracovnic orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v obci s rozšířenou působností Litoměřice. Informace jako je například důvod pořádání, očekávání sociálních pracovnic, průběh případové konference či strategie stanovování cílů byly zjišťovány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti klíčovými sociálními pracovnicemi a s vedoucí oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí městského úřadu v Litoměřicích. Tato data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování. Práce obsahuje stav současného poznání a poté diskuzi, která komparuje jednotlivé kategorie tvořené kódy s literaturou. Provedeným výzkumem jsem zjistila a popsala zkušenosti sociálních pracovnic orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Litoměřicích a také to, jaký význam tyto pracovnice případovým konferencím přisuzují. Na základě zjištěných údajů je také možné zmapovat změny, které případové konference přináší. Hlavním zjištěním je fakt, že případovou konferenci sociální pracovnice berou jako nástroj s velkým potenciálem, který přináší nový pohled na věc a nová řešení nelehké situace rodiny. Poznatky, které vzešly z této práce, mohou být považovány za příklad dobré praxe a být podnětem k tomu, aby tento nástroj byl využíván i dalšími orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled "Children Protection Case Conference - a tool used by the Office of Social and Legal Protection of Children in Litoměřice" deals with the topic of case conferences as an instrument used in social work with the family. The aim of the work is to find out what benefit it had and what changes brought the organization of a child protection case conference in families, where this instrument was used from the point of view of social workers of social and legal protection of children in the municipality with extended powers of Litoměřice. Information such as the reason for the organization, the expectations of social workers, the course of the child protection case conference or goal-setting strategies were identified through semi-structured interviews with five key social workers and the head of the social and legal child protection department of the Litoměřice Municipal Authority. This data was processed by using open coding. The thesis contains the state of current knowledge and then a discussion that compares the various categories created by codes with the literature. Through the research I found out and described the experience of social workers of social and legal protection of children in Litoměřice and also what importance these workers attach to child protection case conferences. Based on the data obtained, it is also possible to map the changes that the child protection case conferences bring. The main finding is the fact that social workers take the child protection case conference as an instrument with great potential, which brings a new perspective and new solutions to the difficult situation of the family. Konowledge from this thesis can be considered as example of good practice and can be an incentive for this instrument to be used by other social and legal protection of children.
