Customer satisfaction of the Colliery Crossfit Ostrava fitness centre

Abstract:

Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníku fitness centra Colliery Crossfit Ostrava. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků pomocí dotazníku, na který odpovědělo 116 respondentů, a SWOT analýzy. V teoretické části se práce zaobírá marketingem a jeho nástroji, a to marketingové komunikaci, marketingovému mixu a charakteristikou služeb a zákazníka. Výsledky získané zpracováním dotazníku ukazují hlavní problémy a pomáhají tak nalézat řešení, např. nejefektivnější způsob reklamy, kterým je reklama "face to face" (To je když o službě nebo produktu slyšíte od někoho, kdo s tím má zkušenost, ať už pozitivní, nebo negativní.), což naznačuje, že se podnik musí dobře starat o své stávající zákazníky, aby šířili dále své pozitivní zkušenosti se značkou. Z dotazníku vyšlo, že největším problémem je čistota sociálního zázemí, exteriér budovy a funkčnost šatních skřínek. Na základě výsledků SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového šetření, byla vytvořena doporučení, která by měla vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about the analysis of customer satisfaction of the fitness center Colliery Crossfit Ostrava. The aim of this thesis was to analyze customer satisfaction by using a questionnaire, which was answered by 116 respondents, and SWOT analysis. The theoretical part describes what is marketing and its tools like marketing communication, marketing mix and characterization of services and its customers. The results of the questionnaire shows the main problems and help to find solutions, such as the most effective way of advertising, which is "face-to-face" advertising, that suggest, that the company should take good care of its customers in order to continue to interpret the brand positively. The questionnaire showed that the biggest problem is the cleanliness of the social facilities, the exterior of the building and the funcionality of the wardrobes. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey, recommendations were made, that should lead to increase customer satisfaction.
