Svědecká výpověď dodnes představuje jeden z nejvýznamnějších důkazních prostředků v trestním řízení. Witness testimony is even to this days one of the most important evidence type within criminal ruling. Even though, often the witnesses might be in danger due to submitting their testimony, mainly in more serious cases.
