Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá cestami ke zvýšení atraktivity regionů, cestovním ruchem a vzájemnými vztahy mezi rezidenty Pardubicka a návštěvníky a turisty Pardubicka. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit cestovní ruch v regionu Pardubicko a navrhnout cesty ke zvýšení atraktivity tohoto regionu. V zájmu naplnění tohoto cíle byla uplatněna metoda deskripce, tedy popis studovaného okruhu problémů. Dále byla aplikována kvantitativní metodologie výzkumu, konkrétně metoda dotazníkového šetření, která se zabývala názory a postoji rezidentů Pardubicka a návštěvníků a turistů Pardubicka. Z dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že 66,7 % dotázaných rezidentů zaujímá pozitivní vztah k návštěvníkům a turistům. Na základě těchto výsledků lze předpokládat, že postoj rezidentů odpovídá stupni apatie, což je druhý stupeň Doxeyho iritačního indexu. Apatie se projevuje pozitivním vztahem rezidentů k návštěvníkům a turistům v regionu. Z toho vyplývá, že na Pardubicku je míra nevraživosti rezidentů vůči návštěvníkům a turistům nízká. V práci byla dále vypočítána hodnota Defertovy funkce, která činila 2,42 a výsledek znamená, že turistická oblast Pardubicko nemá téměř žádnou turistickou aktivitu. Z analýzy společnosti CE-Traffic bylo zjištěno, že nejčastějšími jednodenními zahraničními návštěvníky, kteří v roce 2019 přijížděli na Pardubicko, byli Němci (35,73 %), Ukrajinci (8,16 %) a Slováci (6,33 %). Zahraniční turisty nejčastěji tvořili Němci (24,02 %), Ukrajinci (12,85 %) a Poláci (8,58 %). Pardubicko disponuje velkým množstvím atraktivit a jejich nabídku lze považovat za dostatečnou, což je dobrým předpokladem pro další rozvoj cestovního ruchu. V práci byly vytvořeny návrhy na zvýšení atraktivity Pardubicka.

Abstract:

The Masterʼs Dissertation deals with the ways to increase the attractiveness of regions, tourism, and relationships between residents of Pardubicko and visitors and tourists of Pardubicko. The main goal of this Masterʼs Dissertation is to evaluate tourism in the region of Pardubicko and suggest ways to increase its attractiveness. In order to achieve this goal, the descriptive method was applied, which is a description of the studied problem areas. Furthermore, a quantitative research methodology was applied, specifically, the method of a questionnaire survey, which dealt with the views and attitudes of residents of Pardubicko and visitors and tourists of Pardubicko. The questionnaire survey showed that 66,7 % of interviewed residents have a positive attitude towards visitors and tourists. Based on these results, it can be assumed that the attitude of residents corresponds to the degree of apathy, which is the second degree of the Doxey irritation index. Apathy is manifested by the positive attitude of residents towards visitors and tourists in the region. In Pardubice, the level of hostility of residents towards visitors and tourists is low. The value of Defertʼs function was also calculated, which was 2,42, and the result means that the tourist area of Pardubice has almost no tourist activity. The analysis of CE-Traffic discovered that the most frequent one-day foreign visitors who came to Pardubice in 2019 were Germans (35,73%), Ukrainians (8,16%), and Slovaks (6,33%). The most frequent foreign tourists were Germans (24,02%), Ukrainians (12,85%), and Poles (8.58%). Region Pardubicko has many attractions, and their offer can be considered sufficient, which is a reasonable assumption for the further development of tourism. There were created some suggestions to increase the attractiveness of Pardubicko.
