Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na manažery firmy Awec Aluminium Products, s.r.o. a na řízení lidských zdrojů ve firmě. V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše, která se zabývá základními pojmy dané problematiky. The bachelor thesis is focused on managers of Awec Aluminium Products, Ltd. and human resources management in the company. In the theoretical part is elaborated a literature search, which deals with the basic notions of the issue.
