Possibilities of eLearning at the Police of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Možnosti eLearningu u Policie ČR zkoumá stavem a možnosti zavedení eLearningu ve zvolené organizaci. Zkoumá za využití dotazníku stav znalostí a vědomostí z oblasti eLearningu i ochotu studovat za využití eLearningu. K tomuto účelu byl zvolen Územní odbor Policie České republiky Jihlava. Dále práce také popisuje a upřesňuje terminologii a pojmy v oblasti eLearningu a vzdělávání prostřednictvím elektronických didaktických pomůcek. V prakticky zaměřené části popisuje vytvoření vzorových kurzu v prostředí nástroje LMS Moodle a věnuje se praktickému nasazení tohoto produktu včetně vytvořených kurzů a uvedení do provozu v reálných podmínkách. Nakonec navrhuje několik důležitých kroků pro budoucí úspěšné pokračování v nasazení eLearningu ve zvolené organizaci, kterou je Územní odbor Policie ČR Jihlava (od 1. 1. 2010 Krajské ředitelství policie kraje Vysočina).

Abstract:

This diploma work ?Possibilities of eLearning at the Police of the Czech republic? is based on exploring of state and possibility for establishing of eLearning in the organization, which was choosed. It explores by means of exploiting of questionnaires the state of knowledge?s from the sphere of eLearning and readiness for studying by exploiting of eLearning. For this purpose the Regional police Department Jihlava was choosed. This work describes and specifies terminology from the sphere of eLearning and education by means of exploiting of electronic didactic aids. The practical part of this work describes creating of model courses by means of LMS Moodle and engages in practical engaging of this product inclusive of created courses and setting at working in the real conditions. In the end this work suggests several important steps for future successful going on using of eLearning in the choosed organization ? Regional police Department Jihlava (form 1. 1. 2010 Regional directory of the Police ? Vysočina Department).
