Diplomová práce se věnuje stravování, jednomu z hlavních faktorů ovlivňujících zdraví člověka. Poukazuje na stravu a upevňování stravovacích návyků v dětském věku. Je rozdělena na čtyři části. Tématy první a druhé části jsou základní složky výživy, správný stravovací a pitný režim, vliv vnějšího okolí na stravování a výživová doporučení s přihlédnutím na výživu dětí dle věku. Diploma thesis deals with a diet, one of the main factors affecting human health. It refers to the nutrition and consolidation eating habits in childhood. It is divided into four parts.
