Measurement of Employee Satisfaction of the Selected Company

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve výrobní firmě. Primárním cílem je provést měření ve zvolené firmě podle navržené metody a ověřit si, zda bylo měření úspěšné. V teoretické části jsou definovány obecné pojmy z oblasti personálního marketingu, a je zde také popsána motivace, pracovní motivace a její typy. Navazuje téma pracovní spokojenost a měření pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy, ve které byl prováděn výzkum, realizace výzkumu a prezentaci výzkumu. Na závěr jsou na základě analýzy naměřených dat uvedena doporučení pro vedení vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of investigating employee satisfaction in a manufacturing company. The primary goal is to perform the survey in the selected company according to the proposed method and to verify whether the survey was successful. The theoretical part defines general concepts in the field of personnel marketing, and it also describes motivation, work motivation and its types. Follows the topic of job satisfaction and job satisfaction survey. The practical part contains the introduction of the company in which the research was carried out, the implementation of the survey and the presentation of the survey. Finally, based on the analysis of measured data, recommendations for the management of the selected company are given.
