Aerobic as an interesting fun aktivity for kids in Primary school

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je tvorba metodicko-didaktického materiálu, který bude výchozím materiálem pro trenéry aerobiku. Na začátku teoretické části jsou vysvětleny kapitoly týkající se dětí a pohybu, dětského aerobiku a didaktických aspektů výuky aerobiku dětí na 1. stupni ZŠ. Hlavní část je tvořena na základě didaktických zásad s využitím dvou metod dětského aerobiku. Jednotlivé cvičební jednotky jsou strukturovány dle doporučené stavby lekce pro mladší školní věk za pomoci motivačního názvosloví. Tyto lekce byly v praxi vyzkoušeny v rámci kroužku aerobiku. Poté analyzovány a výsledky shrnuty v diskusi této práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma theses work is creation of methodical and didactic material, which will be the starting material for aerobics trainers. At the beginning of the theoretical part are explained chapters concerning children and movement, children's aerobics, and di-dactic aspects of teaching children aerobics on the primary schools. The main part is based on didactic principles using two methods. The individual exercise units are structured ac-cording to the recommended lesson structure for younger kids of school age with help of motivational terminology. These lessons were tested in practice within the aerobic class. Then analysed and the result summarised in discussion of this work.
