The specifics of institutional boarding (school)

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika institucionálního stravování. Cílem práce je na příkladu sledovaných zařízení školního stravování tyto aspekty zdůraznit. Vymezeny jsou pojmy z oblasti legislativy, jedná se zejména o Vyhlášku o školním stravování včetně její novelizace. V závěru teoretické části je popsána problematika výživy a stravovacích návyků dětí. Analytická část je opřena o dva objekty stravování na Vysočině s odlišným zabezpečením provozu školního stravování. Byla uskutečněna návštěva těchto zařízení, kde byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory. Veškerá získaná data byla blíže studována dle zvolených metod. Komparací bylo dokázáno, do jaké míry se od sebe sledované objekty navzájem liší. V rámci návrhové části byla autorkou doporučena konkrétní řešení pro možné zlepšení chodu zařízení.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s Dissertation is focused on the specifics of institutional boarding. The aim of the thesis is to emphasize these themes. The study is based on two tracked school boarding facilities. Defined the terms of the legislation, in particular the Decree on school boarding, including its amendment. The end of the theoretical section describes the issue of nutrition and eating habits of children. The analytical part provides two school boarding facilities in the Highlands. Both facilities were visited, there were made interwiews. All acquired data were further studied by the selected method. By the comparsion were demonstrated all differences of these facilities. The suggestion part includes author´s solutions for possible improvements in their operation.
