Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků věznice Všehrdy. Práce má za úkol seznámit s historií, příčinami a rizikovými faktory vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Dále seznamuje jak s jeho projevy, tak i s průběhem a způsoby diagnostiky, s možnou prevencí.Stručně se také tato práce věnuje vězeňství. This dissertation introduces the phenomenon of the occupational burnout syndrome of the prison staff working at the Všehrdy penitentiary. It focuses on describing the history, root causes and high-risk factors of the occupational burnout syndrome.
