Layout of the production line

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem prostorového uspořádání linky ve společnosti INOTECH ČR, spol. s r.o. V teoretické části je popsána oblast logistiky se zaměřením na výrobní logistiku. Dále je zde popsána problematika plánování a řízení výroby, na kterou navazuje část s kapacitními propočty, které jsou nezbytné pro návrh uspořádání výrobního systému. V praktické části jsou navrženy možné varianty řešení prostorového uspořádání montážní linky. U každé varianty je zmapován materiálový tok, který je klíčový pro zhodnocení navržených variant.

Abstract:

This paper is studying the proposal of company's INOTECH ČR s.r.o the organization of the production line The theory part covers logistics, focusing on production logistics. Further the description of problems that have to do with planning and managing of the production is presented followed by the capacity calculations that are necessary for the organization of the production systems. In the practical part, there are proposals for different solutions of possible set up of the line. The flow of the materials is described with each variation suggested, which is curtail for the evaluation of proposed options.
