Abstract:

Absolventská práce ,,Role muže a ženy v současné rodině,“ se zabývá pohledem na možné změny role muže a ženy v současné rodině s ohledem na domácí práce v pěti vybraných rodinách. Práce má šest kapitol teoretických a pět kapitol praktických. Teoretická část obsahuje základní vymezení pojmů, jako je role, gender a rozdíly v pohlavních rolích. Popisuje pojem rodina a manželství. Zaměřuje se na cyklus rodiny, během kterého dochází k jistým změnám v rozdělení rolí muže a ženy. Předposlední část je zaměřená na domácí práce, rozdělení povinností mezi muže a ženu s ohledem na tradičně pojaté pohledy na domácí práce. Poslední část teoretické části: rodina a kariéra, popisuje, do jaké míry kariéra ovlivňuje rozdělení rolí v rodině. Praktická část pak obsahuje výsledky ze šetření v pěti vybraných rodinách, na základě provedený strukturovaných rozhovorů, který přináší jejich pohled na roli muže a ženy v současné rodině.

Abstract:

Graduate work, role of men and women in the contemporary family. Deals with looking at possible changes in the role of men and women in the family with regard to household chores in five selected families. The work consists of six theoretical chapters and five practical chapters. Theoretical section contains basic definitions such as the role of gender and sex differences in the roles. The concept of family and marriage. There is also a focus on the family cycle, during which there are some changes in the men´s and women´s roles. The penultimate section is devoted to housework, division of responsibilities between men and women in a view of the traditionally conceived views of housework. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the family and career, describes to extent career divides the influence of family roles. The practical part contains the results of the survey in five selected families where structured interview was conducted, bringing their view on the role of men and women in the contemporary family.
