Bakalářská práce se zabýbá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty po transplantaci ledviny a slinivky břišní. V teoretické části je popsána antomie a fyziologie slinivky břišní a ledviny. This thesis deals with the nursing care of patients after renal transplantacion and the pancreas. The theoretical part described the antomy and physiology of the pancreas and kidneys. Furthemore, there is described the history of transplantacion, preparation for transplantacion.
