Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo v teoretické části podat ucelenější obraz o současném stavu náhradní výchovné péče především ve výchovných zařízeních, dále objasnit problematiku sociálně nepřijatelných únikových strategií dětí a poukázat i na nedostatky a problémy ústavního systému ČR. Práce nastiňuje problematiku výchovy, vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se poruch chování, přibliţuje náročnost převýchovy ve výchovném zařízení. Snahou bylo také objasnit problematiku útěku jako specifického projevu dítěte s poruchou chování s ohledem na výrazně se měnící prostředí ve vybraném zařízení. V teoretické části jsou téţ obecně nastíněny současné zákony, týkající se náhradní výchovné péče. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumným vzorkem Dětského domova se školou, základní školou a školní jídelnou, kde došlo v roce 2005 k rekonstrukci stávajícího zařízení. Sleduje mnoţství útěků v průběhu deseti let a porovnává vliv nového prostředí na jejich sniţování nebo zvyšování. Cílem výzkumu je shromáţdění relevantních informací o vlivu prostředí na sociálně nepřijatelné únikové strategie dětí. Dále porovnává, zda došlo vlivem nových programů a organizačních změn souvisejících s výchovou ke sníţení výskytu útěků. Na základě jejich vyhodnocení, přispět ke zhodnocení úspěchu či neúspěchu resocializace dětí v náhradní výchovné péči v konkrétním zařízení, v tomto případě DDŠ, ZŠ a ŠJ v Jiříkově.

Abstract:

The aim of this study, in the theoretical part, is to give a comprehensive delineation about the alternative care´s status quo, first of all in the educational facilities, further to clarify the social unacceptable escapist strategy of the children, among others to point out onto the inadequacy and problems of the constitution system of the Czech republic. The study is foreshadowing the enlightenment dilemma, explains basic notions relevant to behavioral disturbances and finally brings near the difficultness of the re-education in the educational facilities. The study is striving to clear up the ecape questions as a unique declaration of will of the child with behavioral disturbance, regarding to dramatically variable atmosphere in a chosen facilities. In this theoretical part is generally outlined the contemporary legislation relevant to the alternative care as well. The apllied part of the study is dealing with the experimental specimen out of the Children´s home inclusive the school, primary school and school dining-room. This part is followed the escape quantity ten years along and compared the new environment´s effect onto its growth or dispraise. The main research goal is the relevant information assembly whereof the environment´s effect onto the social unacceptable escapist strategy of the children. Further compares if come about, owing to a new schedules and organisational changes related to education, to escape occurrance decrease. On the basis of evaluation of the pieces of knowledge to contribute to success or failor appreciation in children´s re-socialization in the alternative education care in the tangible facility, in this case the Children´s home inclusive the school, primary school and school dining-room in Jiříkov.
