Procurement of building constructions delivery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného zhotovitele stavebního díla u veřejného zadavatele, kterým je město Kraslice. Na základě analýzy dokumentů a rozhovoru s vedoucím odboru majetku a správy věci je představen vzorek veřejných zakázek a zhodnocena jejich kvalita z pohledu města. Předkládaná práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda výběr zhotovitele stavby splnil požadavky města. Dalším cílem práce je to, jak by bylo možno do budoucna změnit zadávací podmínky pro volbu zhotovitele.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis deals with the choice of a right contractor of a building work for a public contract owner, which is the town Kraslice. There is presented a sample of public contracts on the grounds of a document analysis and an interview with the head of the property and administration department and it is evaluated their quality from the town’s point of view. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to find out whether the choice of the contractor of a building work fulfilled the requirements of the town. Another aim is to find out, how it would be possible to change the request’s requirements for a choice of the contractor.
