Quality and quality management of provided catering services in gastronomy
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení kvality gastronomických služeb ve vybraných restauracích na základě výzkumné metody mystery shopping. Konkrétně se jedná o identifikaci kvality nabízených gastronomických služeb v restauracích Elan a Locale Friuli ve Špindlerově Mlýně.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the quality of gastronomic services in selected restaurants based on the research method of mystery shopping. Specifically, it is about identifying the quality of gastronomic services offered in the Elan and Locale Friuli restaurants in Špindlerův Mlýn.
