Princip flexibility v evropské integraci

The Flexibility principle in European integration process
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá principem flexiblity v evropské integraci. První část práce analyzuje tři hlavní modely flexibility jako diferenciace - více-rychlostní Evropu, variabilní geometrii a Evropu a la carte. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na flexibilitu jako užší/posílenou spolupráci, tj. institucionalizovanou flexibilitu v primárním právu ES/EU.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the Flexibility principle in European integratioan process. The first part of the thesis analyzes three main models of flexibility as differantiation - multi-speed Europe, variable geometry and Europe a la Carte. The second part of the thesis is focused on flexibility as closer/enhanced cooperation, i.e. the institutionalized flexibility in the EC/EU primary law.
