The diploma thesis deals mainly with aggressive tax planning of multinational companies but also mentions the practices of domestic enterprises, which lead up to the reduction of the tax liability of the entity. The main idea of the thesis is a description of indicators and the analysis of structures of companies performing aggressive tax planning.
